2025

The 2025 programme features eight dance performances, eleven films and six VR works by artists from South Korea, Germany, Portugal, Ivory Coast, Spain, Finland, the United States, Sweden, Austria, China, Italy, Catalonia, South Africa, France, Hungary, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Egypt and Croatia. All works will be presented in Slovenia for the first time. In collaboration with partner organisations in Maribor (Platforma sodobnega plesa / Platform of Contemporary Dance) and Zagreb (Zagreb Dance Centre), we have enabled the companies SIGA and Bellanda to embark on a short regional tour.

The international programme is complemented by moderated discussions with visiting artists (on short form, dance across three media, the contemporary dance scene in South Korea, and the contemporary dance scene in Portugal), a dance masterclass led by Oulouy, and three Slovenian premieres. The stage programme includes the debut work of Anamaria Bagarič and Tajda Podobnik, presented in collaboration with the 4Ukrep Festival and Plesni Teater Ljubljana. The Slovenian VR premieres are created by Matjaž Mrak, Katarina Barbara Kavčič and En–Knap.
