Pan-Adria Network is a co-production format of partner stages expanding between the Adriatic, the Alps and the Pannonian basin, which wants to strengthen cooperation between the organizations involved, as well as offer favourable conditions for creating and presenting new work and to contribute to the recognition of contemporary dance in the region.

Organisations, societies, institutes and individuals in the field of culture are invited to cooperate with Španski Borci in programme creation in the year 2022. Applications and proposals should be submitted no later than 18 November 2022.

The international dance company EN-KNAP Group, whose domestic stage is in Španski Borci, presents a dance class for children. We offer dance classes for two separate groups: ages 3 to 5 and ages 6 to 8. Together with the teacher Tini Rozman children discover the wonderful world of imagination and learn thru movement how to broaden their horizon. Welcome!

On Friday, June 10 at 10am catch the children's show Ant ferociuos by EN-KNAP Group on this year's Junij v Ljubljani festival.
The event will happen on Congress square and is free of charge.

EN-KNAP Productions and EN-KNAP Group Dance Company are announcing AUDITION (by invitation only) for experienced female dancers living in Slovenia to replace the dancer on maternity leave in the season 2022/2023.

Pan-Adria Network is a co-production format of partner stages expanding between the Adriatic, the Alps and the Pannonian basin, which wants to strengthen cooperation between the organizations involved, as well as offer favourable conditions for creating and presenting new work and to contribute to the recognition of contemporary dance in the region.

The only permanent contemporary dance group in Slovenia, EN-KNAP Group, is touring Italy in March with the performance of LE ETIOPICHE, which has already had its pre-premiere in Slovenia, on 26 January at Španski borci Central Centre. The work of author Mattia Cason, which at the time of its creation received the main prize PREMIO SCENARIO 2021, awarded annually by L'Associazione Scenario, will be shown on four different Italian stages.
 

The exhibition “Through My Eyes” shows visual works of unaccompanied minors  or better minors with the status of an applicant for international protection or a refugee who came to Slovenia unaccompanied by an adult.

EN-KNAP Productions, in cooperation with the Center for Creativity, at the Museum of Architecture and Design, publishes an open call for production and post-production as part of the Stage360 project. The Stage360 project invites interested artists or producers operating in Slovenia to apply for the tender.

Danse élargie is a competition open to artists from all over the world, from every artistic field, without age limits, to introduce utterly original projects to be staged. Only two rules: 10 minutes maximum / 3 performers minimum.

The stage360 project invites interested artists or producers operating in Slovenia to apply for a tender for the virtualization of their already produced performances.

A dance performance The Slumberland is based on the comic strip Little Nemo in Slumberland by Winsor McCay, a graphic masterpiece of dreams and fantasy, which appeared weekly in the New York Herald from 1905 until 1911. It featured a little boy's fantastic dreams created in Art Nouveau style.

Little Nemo sets out on an adventure to the Slumberland »where he meets unforgettable characters, magical joys, fears, dangers, monsters, and princesses, all in the landscape of unimaginable beauty and greatness« (Richard Marshall).

The play entitled Time of Tenderness, designed as part of the program of the 25th anniversary of the Muzeum, consists of fragments and redefinitions of projects from the past, which were realized between 1995 and 2019. Interweaving of meetings in the field of iconography and time/space references bringing the topic into a broader context.
