The screenings were accompanied by a conversation with Iztok Kovač, choreographer, dancer, and founder and artistic director of En–Knap, whose exploration of the body, movement and image has bridged stage and film for more than three decades.
The ULTRA Screendance Festival in Udine explores how the body and choreography are transformed through the cinematic lens. Now in its fourth edition, the international festival brings together dance film, video art, animation and audiovisual experimentation, creating space for dialogue between artists and audiences alongside its screenings.
