Thirst, a fundamental physiological need, is experienced as an intense inner state. Similar states drive the performers to the edge of radicalism, opening questions of human freedom and limitation. The stage language combines a range of physical techniques—from dance to acrobatics—into a distinctive expression that is at times poetic and at others strikingly real. Inspired by Julio Cortázar's short story End of the Lap, the performance uses the text as an Ariadne's thread, guiding the audience through a labyrinth of sensations and impressions.
