I’m leaving the station, and I’m returning to the station. Here we meet again and say goodbye. When I think about how many encounters and partings take place in this space, it seems as though a crowd of emotions gathers here, moving like a slow, crawling caterpillar. Perhaps it follows the schedules of arrivals and departures, accumulating traces of journeys that happened just moments ago or long before now. Just as posters for past concerts remain on the walls until they are removed to make room for new ones, this emotionally charged space could also be cleared of its layers — from small notes to large advertisements. Each of us is constantly cleaning and reorganising our own memory. Memory is like a home: a place I inhabit, a place I can leave and return to. Between departure and return, time passes, and the journey changes my perception and understanding of home.
